Formerly known as Freestyle Palace, Off the Dome is back in the playa Wonderland for its second decade as the original musical imagination sanctuary: the Playa Talent Incubator. Our namesake DIY Jam Dome is powered by the talent and creativity Black Rock City's citizens. Our stage, mics & instruments are available for singing, rapping and making impromptu music. Off the Dome hosts the hip hop visionaries: Black City All-Stars and Black Rock City Regional Air Guitar Championships - now in its 12th year, as well as the Galactivators.
